I think that Photography is not just only a fancy way to have good memories or wallpapers.
It's a more complex thing.
It Is philosophical i might say.
Trough a photo you can give a message, you can express yourself, your vision of the world.
With landscape photography you can share the beauty of our surroundings, with fine art you can shift the focus of the public to little but important details, with street photography you can capture "Decisive moments" of everyday life.
Because life is truly extraordinary, and to freeze a moment forever (or at least till humanity will still be interested in memories) is, at the end, an act of love.
There are certain photo that you shoot for yourself, but i think that every photographer, if were was no one to share those images with, will do what he or she does.
